One major difference to other, also internationally oriented research companies:
instead of just using almost the same standard research forms all over Europe,
we’re developing for each European radio market an individual research design,
which reflects the local needs in order to answer key management questions in
detail. This way we combine European radio experience with internationally
successful research tactics.
In addition we do not just offer research data, but also assist on practical
implementations of given results. This includes format switches, programme
adjustments or music rotation updates, while most of the radio staff still
needs to focus on the "daily work" for the on-going broadcasting parallel as well.
